Pushpa 2 (Hindi)

Pushpa 2 is a pan-Indian action-crime thriller, written and directed by Sukumar. Allu Arjun (Pushpa 1), Rashmika Mandanna (e.g., Animal), and Fahadh Faasil star in the lead roles. Pushpa 2 is the sequel to Pushpa. In 2021, the first part recorded the highest box office for an Indian film worldwide that year. Pushpa, played by icon Allu Arjun, is eventually arrested by the police in Part 1. He manages to escape with various injuries. Part 2 begins with the question of whether Pushpa is still alive and where he is. The Indian working class worships Pushpa, while the establishment sees him as a thorn in their side. When it is revealed that Pushpa survived his escape, the question arises: who will rule over the people? And how will Pushpa stay out of the police’s grasp while continuing to help the people as a modern-day Robin Hood?
